Thank you for providing your comments on the second draft of the PERF.

We received very helpful feedback from the first consultation. As there were divergent views on key aspects of the approach proposed in the first draft of the PERF, this draft outlines two alternatives. We would appreciate direct feedback on whether you prefer the proposed approach or the alternative option and how comfortable you feel with each. There is also a box at the end which allows for additional comments on any aspect of the PERF.

We will review all the comments that we receive and take them into account as we develop the final version of the PERF.

All comments on this second draft need to be submitted by Friday June 20th 2008.
